About me
John Spence is a globally recognized thought leader on leadership and strategy, known for making the complex awesomely simple. With 30+ years advising leaders from startups to Fortune 10 companies, 1,500+ keynotes worldwide, and 27 years as an instructor at Wharton School SII.
My story
At 26, John was CEO of an international Rockefeller Foundation, managing initiatives across more than 20 countries. Inc. Magazine recognized him as one of America's Up and Coming Young Business Leaders, and the American Management Association named him one of America's Top 50 Leaders to Watch, an honor he shared with Jeff Bezos, Sergey Brin, and Larry Page.
John reads more than 100 business books each year and has delivered guest lectures at over 90 colleges and universities, including MIT, Stanford, and Wharton. Throughout his career he has owned or led four companies as CEO and now serves in advisory capacities for several organizations.
